All programs offered for sale are believed to be public domain properties, and are sold from one collector to another for personal use only. Many titles are available for trade only, and not available for sale - inquire about the titles that you are interested in. Transfers are not packaged for store display. No rights are given or implied. Films are transferred at customers request. Prices reflect the cost of materials and time associated with creating the transfer. Our goal is to share a small volume of rare films which are otherwise unavailable to serious film collectors. If you own the rights to any of the flims offered herein and object to their distribution in this form, notify us immediately and the product will not be offered.

GRADING SYSTEM: All transfers are strictly graded. Please refer to the product description for details regarding the quality of each individual video. Video quality ratings:
A = Direct copy from DVD.
B = Excellent, may be direct copy from original VHS or Laserdisc.
C = Good, easily watchable and enjoyable, though not perfect.
D = Fair, only for those who absolutely need to see it.
F = Poor, completely unwatchable.
VHS TRANSFERS are available - send an e-mail for a quote.
DVD-R TRANSFERS are made onto name brand discs, and are playable on most DVD players manufactured in the last few years, as well as most PC DVD-ROM drives. Transfers are made in region-free NTSC format. Some titles may be available in PAL format, inquire within. If you are not sure if your machine will play these discs, then send us an email with the make and model number of your DVD player or check out www.vcdhelp.com. DVD-Rs have printed labels and come in plain cases. Check out www.cdcovers.cc for a huge collection of downloadable artwork for VHS and DVD cases.
SHIPPING is charged as a flat rate regardless of the number of movies ordered - $5 to all US addresses and $12 to anywhere else. All orders are discretely shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For shipping outside of United States, USPS Priority mail is used where available, otherwise USPS Airmail is used. We are not responsible for items shipped outside of United States that are seized by customs, and we cannot insure shipments to foreign countries. Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours from confirmation of payment.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS are reflected by the flat-rate shipping. The more titles you buy, the more you save by not paying additional shipping charges. Purchases of 1 movie, 5 movies, 10 movies or 20 movies all pay the same total shipping cost. Put your name on our mailing list and receive our newsletter for specials and discounts!
PAYMENTS must be made in U.S. funds only. Credit card payments are the preferred method of payment at no extra charge to the buyer. For customers who prefer to pay by mail, send an email to asylum00@sbcglobal.net for a mailing address. Cash is not recommended, but is acceptable. Money orders or bank checks are also acceptable. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears our bank. We are not responsible for payments which are lost in the mail.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given. Exchanges will be made in the event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise. Send us an e-mail immediately if you suspect that you have received damaged or defective tapes or discs.
TRADE OFFERS will be considered. Send an e-mail stating what you have, with a good description of the content and quality, and let us know what you want. If you just send a list of titles without any information, it may take awhile for us to research the titles and give you a reply. If you have something that we need, we will trade on a 1 for 1 basis. First-time traders with us must send movies first. Trades must be recorded in SP mode, on high grade, name brand, brand new tapes or discs. One movie per tape or disc unless other arrangements are made.
